If you sign in with Google, we collect your Google ID and email address from your Google profile.

• To provide and maintain your account and dashboard
• To respond to your project proposals and inquiries
• To process asset purchases and deliver downloads
• To send service-related emails (welcome, verification, invoices, payment confirmations)
• To improve and personalize your experience

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• MongoDB — database hosting
• Amazon S3 — file storage for media and digital assets
• Google Cloud — OAuth authentication
• Polar — payment processing
• Payload Cloud — hosting
• SMTP email provider — sending transactional emails

4. Cookies

We use essential session cookies (customer_session, NEXT_LOCALE) to keep you logged in and remember your language preference. Google OAuth sets short-lived cookies during the sign-in flow.

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Access and update your profile information from your dashboard
• Delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page — this removes your personal information, proposals, asset purchases, and unlinks you from projects
