By creating an account or using mouktar.com ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
1. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Services
Mouktar provides:
- A client portal to submit and track project proposals
- A digital asset marketplace (free and paid digital products)
- Project management and invoicing tools
3. Digital Assets
- Free assets — may be downloaded and used at no cost.
- Paid assets — are purchased via Polar (our payment processor).
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any purchased or free digital assets.
4. Proposals & Projects
Submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any proposal.
5. Payments
All payments are processed through Polar. Prices are listed in USD.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
